Booking Your Stay at Home Sweet Home

To book your stay at Home Sweet Home, you may either:

  • Full name of guest making the reservation
  • Inclusive dates of stay, check-in/check-out date and expected check-in time;
  • Number of guests in party, including person making reservation; and
  • Requests or other notes (e.g. preferred rooming arrangements)

Guest Policies

To provide you with as comfortable a stay as possible, Home Sweet Home requests its guests to note the following policies:

  1. Home Sweet Home is open for guests throughout the year. If ever there would be any circumstance that requires Home Sweet Home to suspend operations for a brief period (e.g. renovations), you would either read of it here on our website or in an email announcement (subscribe to our mailing list here).
  2. Check-in time is from 2:00 pm & check-out time is at 12:00 nn. If you wish to check-in earlier or check-out later, please make a specific request about this with our staff or directly with our Guest Satisfaction Champion, Hilda.
  3. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am until 9:30 am only, unless you make special arrangements in advance. Breakfast service ends at exactly 9:30 am since HSH staff will have to attend to other tasks by then. Please inform our staff the night before if you have any special dietary requirements so that we could make reasonable adjustments to suit your needs.
  4. Families with young children are always welcome at Home Sweet Home, but do inform our staff in advance of any special needs your children may have.
  5. Pets are not allowed in any of our rooms for reasons of hygiene and out of concern for the health of other guests. While you are welcome to bring along the family pet, please make sure that you have a cage or leash to allow our staff to take care of it outside your room.
  6. Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms for reasons of health and safety. If you are a smoker, please be considerate to guests who may use the room after your stay by smoking only on the porches (for some rooms only) or in the open air spaces of Home Sweet Home (like the Veranda or the Lanai). If there are other guests nearby, do have the courtesy to ask their permission first before you light up.
  7. Home Sweet Home does not charge reservation deposits but reserves the right to cancel confirmed reservations under specific conditions. All we ask is that you inform us as soon as possible if your travel plans change and you no longer need the reserved room(s) so that we could free up your booking for other guests. There are only two instances where Home Sweet Home would forfeit/cancel your reservation:
    • if you have not communicated any arrival confirmation advice from your end at least twelve (12) hours in advance; or
    • if you do not show up within one and a half (1.5) hours of estimated check-in time.
  8. Each room has a maximum allowed number of guests (see Rooms and Rates). Additional guests beyond the limit (who are over 6 years old) will be charged an extra PhP 350.00 each per night, while children below 6 years old staying with their parents will be charged an extra PhP 150.00 per child.
