HSH Reservations Online

Make sure you have read the Guest Policies first before you make an online reservation. To proceed with your online booking, please take note of the following and then fill in the form below:

• Fill in all required information on the form;
• An online reservation is not considered valid unless you receive either a confirmation email or SMS/text from us;
• The confirmation email or SMS/text will include a reservation code that uniquely identifies your reservation;
• If you do not receive a confirmation email or SMS/text within 24 hours of making your online reservation, we suggest that you contact us directly by telephone or mobile;
• HSH reserves the right to release a confirmed reservation if the party making the reservation does not:
  • provide arrival confirmation advice by SMS/text, voice call, or email at least twelve (12) hours in advance; or
    
  • arrive within one and a half (1.5) hours of the expected check-in time indicated in their confirmed reservation.
