We are a small bed and breakfast with limited rooms. Our rates are set to allow us to provide you the best stay Dapitan and still earn a decent return on our efforts. On occasion we will publish special rates, but otherwise all rates stated above are fixed and all-inclusive with no extra charges.

Just so we do not get off on the wrong foot, please know that we are not inclined to haggle over the rates when you check-in.
